"I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and always appreciate the quiet, dim ambiance. The beds are comfortable, and the tub is a nice touch. During my last stay, however, the housekeepers were cleaning the balcony at the end of the hallway outside my room, and water ended up on the floor, seeping into my room.
