"Service was excellent, the door staff especially were very friendly and helpful and they deserve the highest praise. Location was excellent and rooms were very comfortable and quiet at night - no disruptions whatsoever. The rooms were clean, though the bedding had some very minor stains (they’re very inconspicuous) and there was a small cockroach in one of the bathrooms (no other signs of insects though, may just be an unfortunate coincidence and not a sign of any major cleanliness issues)....

"Very stylish and good value for money. Staff were very friendly and keen to please. Only problem was our room layout; small things that niggled, like the bathroom hooks being on the opposite side to the way the shower door opens and the fact that you have to turn on the room lights to use the toilet during the night because they are all on the same circuit. We also didn’t think breakfast was worth the €17 per person. However it’s location is great and we would definitely stay there again. "

"Some of the rooms are very isolated and the pillows are very uncomfortable to sleep with. The staff were quick and helpful and I liked the nice breakfast included. While the area is not the most charming one it is practical as it’s very close to downtown. "

"Lugar bien centrico, muchos restaurantes y shopping alrededor, no ofrecen desayuno pero tienes muchas opciones, en el lobby hay un coffee shop, cuarto limpio, baño un poco sin privacidad es como baño tipo closet pero esta bien para una pareja o solo traveler! Me encanto bien cerca de la estacion de metro opera, cerca del mercado san miguel, la plaza mayor entre otrol."

"Simple hotel-apartment. We originally wanted to stay at an apartment near airport as we were taking the early morning flight. But you still have to book a Grab or Taxi, so perhaps staying in town no difference. The apartment does provide a kettle, cups, cutlery, refrigerator. Unfortunately no washing machine, nor dryer, just the laundry service. Nothing to do there except perhaps a walk to a rather large shopping mall."
