"The pillows are very flat therefore straining your neck. Towels provided were wet. Room service was bad, we requested extra pillows but they were never brought to us"

"Great overnight stay to enjoy the Monte Casino complex, have a great meal at one of the reataurants in the courtyard. The room was clean, comfortable and sufficient for a one night stay. I would recommend it to travelers passing through the area,lots to do and see. Exiting the hotel on to the courtyard was convenient. Staff are friendly, restaurant breakfast was basic but sufficient and tasty, with enthusiastic friendly staff. Overall a great experience."

"The place is clean in general but now they are no longer making it a priority to maintain the place. I arrived and the room had pillow cases not ironed and the duvet cover was torn from inside. Early in the morning there was no water at all. Had to ask for a bucket and get water outside from the main tap to bath which was cold."
