"The property manager was responsive when two issues were reported. There wasn’t enough towels or bedding for the number of guests we paid for. To his credit he came over at 11 at night to rectify the issue. The second issue was the chirping smoke alarm. I think anyone renting a house should just change the smoke alarms on a regular basis. It kept us awake for two hours but the next morning when he received the report he did bring over a new battery. Location was great and he Responded quickly."

"Great spot to stay. We had some issues, but maintenance was quick to respond and help us. In Grand Haven for a funeral. Couple things that are not critical, but would improve condo. Kleenex in the bathrooms. Shower rods and drapery rods need to be secured. Directions for TV. Three remotes! Location was perfect for family we needed to see."

"Apartment exceeded our expectations for size, comfort and cleanliness. The complementary wind and microwave popcorn was a bonus. My only suggestion would be to somehow list the tv channels that are actually included in the cable plan. The TV Guide button brings up over 200 channels but most of the “channel not available” after you select it. This was a bit frustrating and a wasted a lot of time looking for a show or movie"

"This was our first time renting a house on vacation and it met every expectation I had and then some! My kids enjoyed having their own space and I enjoyed having the space of a house. "This cabin was exceptional! Terrific floorplan with 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms and 2 full baths. The whirlpool deep tub next to a fireplace with a TV over it was fit for a queen! We hit the jackpot with this cabin! The back porch was private & welcoming with chairs and baskets of flowers. Owner thought of everything, even a 'pack and play' and throw blanket for the recliner sofa."
