"Breakfast was very nice, the knsite restaurant offered a delicious menu, we ate there one night. Location is good, right on Tram 4, easy to get into the Old City and to trains and bus terminals for transfers and excursions. It is a simple room, clean but a bit of toucb up paint would go a long way to make it seem cleaners/fresh. "

"This is an old building so yes, there will be creaky floors and ‘ambiance’ that some may not appreciate. We found the front desk staff to be very friendly and helpful. The view from our room (552) was out over the street towards Lake Lucerne. We had 3 windows, 2 of which were French doors opening into balconies. Easy walk to bakeries, local cheese shop, grocery, and many ‘best of Lucerne’ sites. Bus to the main train station was super easy. "

"Located close to public transport. Swiss charm butthe room on the top floor was awkward and dangerous with sharp slanted edges on the roof windows. Cut my head on it. "

"Had an overnight stop over in Zurich. Was 3 minute cab ride from airport. Very clean and comfortable. Nice size room. Had a safe, mini fridge , TV. Coffe set in room and in lobby. Plan on staying there again. "

While they assured me the room was accessible, it was only accessible from the ground floor to the room, the room itself was not all that accessible, the bathtub is very high and difficult to get in and out of for those with mobility issues.
