"I arrived in Buenos Aries by ferry and departed on a ship. This hotel is conveniently located for both terminals. The staff was friendly and helpful with directions and information. The breakfast was very good, with numerous options. There are numerous dining options within walking distance and the hotel is within walking distance of many historical sites and the hop on hop off bus is just around the corner. I highly recommend this hotel."

We were able to walk to many places, like the Capitol, the Pink House, the Obelisk and San Telmo Market. The staff kept our luggage for us after we arrived early and that was handy for us. "

"This is a great place to stay near the EZE airport, with free airport shuttle. The staff are so kind and helpful. There are dining options in hotel and very close by (walkable). The staff helped me with getting rides to center city each day. The hotel is like a little retreat--lots of palm trees, nature, and very quiet and peaceful. Complimentary full breakfast is made-to-order and delicious! I highly recommend this hotel."

"Stay was good - got in OK, they sent a car to get me (was a lot more expensive than just getting an Uber myself), the check-in online and/or the app (I can't remember) said they had currency exchange at the front desk - they do not. The location was good - there was a plaza around the corner with plenty of food options and nightlife. I didn't think it was too loud at night and slept great. Room was clean and I liked the little garden backyard. Breakfast was fresh, and the front desk helped...

"Bed was nice, but the room clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time - mold spots in bathroom/shower, dust on furniture, etc. Wasn’t all bad, I’d stay again given the price just for a night if in transit - but not longer "

"The staff at the hotel were absolutely perfect. They did everything they could to make sure that we got around safely that we knew where everything was that we had all the amenities that we needed. They really were so good to us! The space was perfect for two adults with a refrigerator and good closet space and a safe. The neighborhood is also perfect with two blocks from terrific shopping.
