"Hi I had a ski accident and we had to get to a hotel near the Geneva airport for an early light the next day The Nash Praitk hotel was nice and provided a wheelchair and a handicap room on the first floor. But we had a bit of an issue with adjusting the heat as we couldn’t open the window. At 1AM my husband went the front desk to obtain help in cooling the room, and the night manager was able to open the window. Given the bed only had a lovely thick duvet cover it was hard to regulate...

"Bed mattress was too soft - it appeared to be two separate mattresses, one on top of the other, causing a bit of back stress. A shame as everything else in the hotel was excellent!"
