I had no idea I had forgotten my wallet with all my important documents and cards. Everything was in my wallet and because of their great service I managed to get my flight on time. "I didn't like that the hotel desk clerk totally ignored me when I checked in (I am American and the one who paid for my room and my guest's (who was indonesian) room and did all her conversing with him. I even asked her if she spoke English and she replied that she could. She even had my guest sign the check in form which was in MY name. She needs to be taught that the payor of the rooms is the one who needs to be addressed. "
