"Very close to Nagano Station which was convenient for travel to & from Nagano. Staff were courteous and helpful. Room was clean with excellent shower but my family of 4 were squeezed into a twin bed room, so minimal room to put luggage & beds are small. If you're a tall or large person, you would find the beds very small."

"Very friendly staff. It was easy to store our luggage for the day. Lots of little extras like toothbrushes, razors, and face cream. The breakfast was terrific. The room was super clean if a little older and worn, but I’d take clean over new any day. "

"Traditional Japanese rooms at its best. Place is a bit dated but well kept. Nice to experience the Japanese lifestyle. Beautiful onsen on the 10th floor - complimentary for guests. Hotel is only a 5 min walk from Nagano Station."
