"Unfortunately the hotel was still under refurbishment during our stay. On the 3rd floor half of the rooms were being renovated and half the corridor was covered with plastic sheeting with bits and pieces littered around. My main complaint revolves around the breakfast with the space being shared with the adjacent Ibis Hotel. Sadly, the space battled with the peak times and despite the valiant efforts of the staff, the layout is awkward and efficient table clearing was not possible leading to...

"An absolute stunning, lovely hotel. The staff went above and beyond to do what they could for you. One member of our party had to go to the hospital and a member of staff ( Seppe ) that was just coming off duty, took him to the hospital. The girl that took over ( Seppe ) also helped me later that day when I was frantic, worrying how to find him as my phone wasn’t working and he was lost in town. She gave me her phone and used the computer to track his location down so we could find him. I can’t...

"The underground parking terrified me and parking was paid. The outside parking was much better. The rooms were small but well equipped. Communication was great. We were asked to leave the room cleaned. Which we did but it felt we left it cleaner than it was when we arrived. Overall we ate our own dinner which was purchased at the grocery store a 5 min walk away. And my dad was able to swim and workout. So it did meet the majority of our needs. "
