"Everything was excellent except for the evening supper buffet. Two people in charge of the buffet. Since I know about restaurant business, these two were supposed to take care of the buffet and make sure it does not run out of food for the clients. Something they did not do at all. Had to wait at least a half hour for the main dish to come out again.
