"Door of the building didnt lock"

"The hotel was clean and very centrally located. We walked there easily from the train station and it was close to key attractions like the Mannekin Pis. The staff were helping, letting us leave our luggage after check out and until we caught our next train. "

"On the outside it appears like a nice place, but the rooms are old and rickety, the shower is very cramped, the bathrooms are on odd half levels that you have to wander around to find. I happened to have very friendly roommates for the nights I was there, and the lockers for things were very small---too small to fit any carry-on luggage in. You just have to trust that no one will go through your things. The area is close to major shopping centers, which is great because there's a lot of food...

"Stayed here as a single parent with my daughter. Cheap and cheerful right next to the atomium. Tram stop right outside to get to everywhere we wanted to go. The man on reception didnt speak much english but he was lovely, very polite and kind to my daughter. Very welcoming. Would stay again "

"The property is decent and a typical hostel. We got a room with 3 beds. The bed sheet was a bit too thin, almost felt like it was just a mattress cover. Free breakfast was decent. Overall it's good enough when travelling on a budget. Room facility needs updating. "

" the wifi on the 5 floor cuts in and out all the time and is slow or fails to load when it drops out. makes it very hard and time consuming, makes it hard to book transportation on the internet. the wifi on first floor works well and is faster."

"Really enjoyed my stay - room was at the back and very quiet. Very easy to get into the city centre - bus across the road outside Lidl to Luxembourg Place which is a good place to end up. Had a walk around the area- not many people or cars - very peaceful. Not a massive breakfast selection but nice enough . Staff very pleasant and very helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Good shower etc"
