"I stayed at the residence inn by Marriott in Sarajevo on my five day trip to the beautiful country of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Amina.and she kindly took my bag and advised me to come back at three as the room wasn't ready as yet. Amina was very professional and kind. During my stay I also spoke to Riyadh, Janina and Salena who were also very good and professional. The hotel was very comfortable. "Lovely hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Staff were friendly not much English was spoken. Spa was good. Steam rooms were nice. Kettle and mini bar and hair dryer. Air con was hot! Had to leave the door open as it was hot. I would go again. "

We had airport transfers both ways and they were excellent - prompt, safe and comfortable. We loved the swimming pool and gym and thought this was a great benefit. "I had a great stay very close to old town Sarajevo. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, including calling taxis and offering restaurant recommendations. The included breakfast offers a good assortment of options. The only negative was that the rooms are not well soundproofed, so you can hear guests in neighboring rooms. Aside from that, a really good value for money, clean accommodation close to old town, and really friendly staff. "
