"Nice hotel. Cheap but offsite parking is not ideal"

"The hotel has beautiful grounds, the bar, restaurant and swimming facilities are very nice. Our room was basic but clean and the bed was comfy. We don’t pay extra for views as the room was only to sleep in. The service at the bar was a bit slow and the flooring in the corridors and our room was all very uneven….it was so noticeable when you were just walking around the room / corridor you were aware of sloping. Hotel was a bit old fashioned but stayed in plenty of other hotels in the area and...

"Hreat welcome and room was clean and good dize , bit tired but old hotel. Spa was readon chose hotel and had no availability on treatments- perhaps an email when booked to advise us to book ahead to avoid disappointment The steam room was plasticy ans sadly no sauna, would not return , still to try breakfast "

"We had a room on the 4th floor with a great view of the Tay bridge. The hotel has a great breakfast selection and it's a good way to start your day before exploring Dundee. Easy walking distance to the V&A and Discovery Point. Bus stop outside the hotel takes you to Broughty Ferry if you want to look round the castle and sit on the beach."
