When I booked the hotel months ago, the room facility included a cute robot. But now they took away the robots and you have to pay 1000yen to get it. The settee in the room had stains on it. Also, there is no airport shuttle (and all other hotels around have it) and it’s about 600m from the Rinku Town station. But...

"The facilities are varied, but with so many people, it is quite busy and slightly overcrowded. The breakfast is lovely, but the room is so small with so many guests that you will struggle to get food. They don’t allow people with tattoos in the onsen, and the rooms are quite small. The staff are lovely and very helpful. Good value for money, but not exceptional. "
