"The staff added to the positive experience. Super friendly and helpful. Sadly, the hotel offers room cleaning only every other day. Since I was off the 2-day cleaning cycle, my room remained without cleaning for 3 of my 4-day stay. I love the location of the hotel; very central to Killeen. "

"Two staff members in particular were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, I neglected to get their names, but they indeed need to be recognized because the other ones, especially the larger woman were not good at all. The white lady with hair pulled back, and the Black lady with dreads pulled up. They were always helpful and pleasant. The kitchen service was great as well. My one pet peeve are the showers and the coffee maker. As a tea drinker, I'm always extremely disappointed...
