Members of the staff were friendly, cheerful, and efficient. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. Our experience was very pleasant, and we will return next time we are in the area.

This location is the reason I’ll never stay at a Quality Inn ever again. Do not stay here. The staff is absolutely rude and try to charge for everything. The place is also nasty. The floors were dirty and sticky. The bathroom had someone else’s hair on the sink and in the bath tub. There was pee on the bottom of the toilet seat. Not to mention the beds being uncomfortable. Also, they refused to let us stay in the room we booked because we had kids with us. Refused to give us a refund and then tried to charge extra for my infant.

We are local and there was a main water line break leaving us without water so we needed a last minute place with running water for showers, etc. We booked easily, Desk attendant was very friendly. Hot breakfast. Comfortable lodgings. First time staying at this hotel, will recommend when we have out of town guests from now on. Thanks!
