If you are looking for a value hotel and to be in the heart of the action, and to get to know Paharganj and Delhi, then this is a great place. It is not spotless clean, but it is very workable and has a charm that our family enjoyed. The on-site restaurant is clean, nice and convenient."

"It was a good deal at under $30/night, very walkable to train station. Area is a bit grim though, and ubers will not be excited to go there. It's a confusing hotel, I ended up at gold regency because it's the same thing? I don't think "gold the royal" actually exists with that name. Room service food was good, and not too expensive, other than that there's just a kind of grim bar on the ground floor. Overall it was fine though as a base for seeing Delhi and surroundings."
