It took about 30 to 45 minutes to check in a pre-booked guest room. They are also not professional when handling check-in procedures. During check-in time the receptionist was busy with findings charging cables and their phone. Rooms and surroundings can be improved compared to other hotels surrounding this area with similar...

"The shower was great the room nice and clean. The front desk was very nice checking in and out. They were nice and gave us a late check out. Only improvement i would suggest is that the bed is a little to firm (not uncomfortable, but not comfortable either)"

"Love this place! Definitely my favourite place I stayed at on the trip! So unique, welcoming and well kept. The staff were all super friendly, the owner was welcoming and available to answer questions. It was such a nice and relaxing place that it was a great stop to end our trip to unwind. I would like to run away from home and live here full time, please! Also, the town itself was quite charming with so many alleyways filled with beautiful murals. "
