"The property surroundings are very nice, staff friendly. The uphill walk to the food outlets can be a little challenging for the slightly unfit, but the coming back home is great., A short GRAB ride to the Genting highlands, to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and scenery. A peaceful place to relax"

"As it is soft opening, the main attractions are not ready. The bathrooms also hv a smell. It has to do with the air ventilator. This is something the management needs to look into it and find the cause. Otherwise, the review will always be negative."

"Love everything about it. I get everything as described with the mountains view. Close to walking distance for places we wanted to go like food, massage etc. Nice n clean. We weren’t able to check in any earlier than 3pm, but they held our luggages so was ok. We went shopping and came back at 5pm to check in. The office for check in was quite a walk too that would be the only downfall. Not check in at the hotel building. But ok for us. Was just tired. Ok overall..love the hotel n space itself. Fans ok, no AC. "

"This hotel has been my regular place for myself and my family to relax whenever we make a trip for Genting Highlands. Their services and attitude has always been one of the best experience. They are very willing to accommodate to your needs. But sadly the dining options is very limited and I’d love to have the cigar lounge back. Although not many will be going but I do think having that as an option will be fantastic. Also I do hope that the wild monkeys are plan to be dealt with as they impose danger to young kids or infant. As they are not friendly and may intrude your rooms to take whatever they want to. But the place is just a perfect place. I’d love to get back there when Theo presidential suite is ready. "

"This is managed by Maple Homes. The stay is still at Grand Ion Delemon hotel. Check in process however is not at Hotel Lobby. It is at the L3 carpark as Maple Homes do not have a physical reception desk. Hotel needs upkeep though. But overall, it is still a good stay."
