"I was so pleasantly surprised by what was offered. I booked an overnight stay on my way to Sapporo. I had no experience with this chain and expected an average service/facility. For one night, I didn't mind. However, the staff were organised and welcoming. Unlike similar hotel chains, they had four lifts to take guests up and down. Everywhere was super clean. Well thoughts for stayer with great hotel’s massage with reasonable price, country side vibe onsen, free ramen from 10pm (unsure if applies to all).
