"Very nice hotel conveniently located for Oyama Shrine and Castle park, as well as for Omicho market. The rooms were clean and pleasant, with nicely sized bathrooms with a separate wetroom for the shower and bath. Our balcony didn't have a view, it looked onto the back of another building but it was quiet and still nice to have. The staff were very polite and welcoming. They greeted us every night with an invitation to enjoy the complimentary soba noodles and a cup of tea which we enjoyed on...

I also enjoyed using the amenities as they were of great quality. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The room and especially the bedding was very clean. It was like staying in a museum--my wide and i remarked several times how much it felt like being inside the movie Spirited Away. Staying here was a special highlight of our trip and I hope to come back"

"Nice room with a good location. Very clean and great staff. Nice perk that they offered movies for free in English on the TV. Rooms are pretty tight though. May be problematic if you have a lot of luggage."
