"Hotel was nice, clean. Friendly staff. Literally right next to the train station 1 stop away from the airport, it is connected to the hotel. Lots of food in an outdoor/indoor mall down the street. Shower and tub were huge, very nice room. View of the city was beautiful being on the 26 floor. Will be staying here again at the end of our trip."

"Conveniently located within walking distance from JR Wakayama and in front of the bus station, hotel is well situated for travelling to other parts of Wakayama or within the city. Hotel is pretty old and rooms are small sized. Bathroom is pretty compact which is typical of Japanese hotels. Do not get a room near the lift as walls are thin and can hear the lift moving up and down. Rooms are actually quite dusty as there were visible dust balls on the tea packets.
