"This is not worth the cost. It is basically a farm stay surrounded by introduced trees with the faint smell of cow dung and the sound of gun shots. It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. "It’s in the middle of nowhere. The staff were good and friendly but not enough to make our stay pleasurable. No WiFi, so if that’s important to you then I do not recommend staying here. Tv was small and old, not working when we were there. You need a car, next town is 32 km away, no place to have dinner near by.
