"Good location, clean and comfy accommodation. Compared to other local accommodation this is good value for money. The only gripe is the rooms are not very well sound proofed, you can clearly hear the guests in the adjacent rooms. Didn't stop me sleeping once I'd asked them to be quiet."

It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. We spoke to the owner who told us that there were other units in the complex which were a complete unit, which were not available at the time as they were not clean. "It’s in the middle of nowhere. The staff were good and friendly but not enough to make our stay pleasurable. No WiFi, so if that’s important to you then I do not recommend staying here. Tv was small and old, not working when we were there. You need a car, next town is 32 km away, no place to have dinner near by. But overall, it’s ok, if you don’t mind being inconvenienced at least for one night. "
