"Staff was very helpful in answering questions , they all spoke English as I don’t speak any Polish. Place was very clean, and modern. It was also very good location, close to Old Krakow and was on the river, which is a nice walk. I would recommend this place.😊"

"My room was well designed and very comfortable. It had an excellent placement of outlets, a comfortable reading chair with good lightening, well-placed mirrors and good air conditioning. There was a good sized bathroom and an excellent shower with good water pressure. No problems with the Wifi connection. On the first floor there was a machine available for making coffee or tea 24 hours a day."

"Check in was easy. We dropped off our bags and went out to eat. When we came back, the key would not work. We called the front desk and he was not immediately concerned to come help us but ultimately did. He determined the lock to be defective and gave us a new room immediately but said the property technician was gone for the day and we would not be able to get our suitcases out until the morning. After some persistence, he reached out to the tech who arrived within an hour and we were able to...

"We had a lovely stay at this property over the new year period, room was very clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Not a lot local to the hotel but tram to city very frequently running outside so that didn’t really bother us! Would definitely stay again and are hoping to return sometime this year."

"Excellent location for the Old Town (10min walk) Jewish Quarter (1min walk), trams on the doorstep and river 5 mins away. Stay on the upper floors if you can as noise from street (cars/trams) could be a nuisance. When the windows are closed you can hardly hear a thing and the air conditioning takes care of the heat issue. Simple but efficient breakfast was welcome in the morning.
