"we had a great excellent experience at St. Giles. the staff are all veey welcoming and helpful. room is spacious, clean and modern. best part is the accessibility to the shopping mall being right beside the hotel. Highly recommended. "

"Overall i think is a good stay. But there are like 4 lift, but not any in optimal conditions for our first day. I think the lift planning could be better managed. The instructions to check in can be simplified, giving one long message. Then could be accompanied by all the photos and videos."

"Property was clean and quite worth the price. 4 stars because everything is pretty good and within expectations but not mind-blowing good. Convenient because there are convenience stores across the road which are walkable. Did not drive but there is parking in front of the property and there was a guard to keep watch. Location wise, it's a bit further from the touristy spots so do consider that. Otherwise, am quite satisfied with the stay and do think I will come again."

"Used to stay in deluxe room. 1st time in std room.. furniture edges dmg quote a fair bit Toilet paper not enough.. 100RM deposit required. Paid by credit card still waiting refund after EOD Has heat function if aircon too cold Quiet side which is great"
