"We absolutely loved our stay. The location is perfect- 10 minutes from Colonial Williamsburg, yet completely quiet and tucked away. The hotel and winery are beautiful. We altered our itinerary to spend more time at the hotel because we loved relaxing there so much! The saltwater pool was lovely, as was dinner at the onsite restaurant. "The staff was really great, attentive, and friendly. It was fun to have a concert along the river and a farmers market nearby. The room was spacious and clean. The rest of the hotel needed a little more cleaning. Right when we arrived the trash can by the elevator was overstuffed. Not a great first impression. Even when emptied, the can needed to be wiped down. The stairway needed swept, and the pool looked kind of dirty too. So it's a pretty good place, but hopefully they start paying...
