"I had spoken with a hotel representative a few days before our family trip about having an early check-in. She could not guarantee it but encouraged me to show up when we arrived into town and we could posssibly get in. Our trip was delayed because of heavy traffic, so we arrived only 30 minutes ahead of regular check-in. We had traveled for over 8 hours and were tired and needed to freshen up. When I approached the desk to see if we could get into the room early to get ready for the baby shower...

"Everything about this hotel was excellent!! Rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean and modern. Also, the staff were exceptionally friendly and competent. Located in a very convenient area for access to all local attractions. If all Holiday Inn Express hotels are this good, I will always book them!"

It was clean, quiet, the pool and hot tub were great, they keptnfresh water that my daughters enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious. If we find ourselves conibg back to the area again we will definitely stay there!"

"Great stay. Friendly staff. Nice that it was walking distance to CW. I especially liked the louvered (slotted) door in addition to the main door at the room. It was comfortable outside so we could leave the main door open and close the louvered letting air in but still have privacy. People from the outside can't tell if your main door is open."
