"The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. They were mt favorite part about this hotel. As long as I brought up any question or issue, they went out of their way to make sure I was happy, comfortable, and well taken care of. I was surprised by the fact that they only have smoking rooms, but they used a deodorizing spray multiple times and helped me ventilate the room so the smell smoke smell was almost entirely gone. Special mention to Mina for such superb and unparalled customer service and the lady working the morning of April 2 who helped me find a store to buy souvenirs to bring home and even print and translate for me the map and locations. "Typical hotel. We had a room on the smaller side but it accommodated us just fine. Free Japanese breakfast in the morning was a nice touch for weary travelers. It is a far way out of Koriyama so if you want to stay closer it is wise to book in town. We personally like to stay out of the main tourist hubs so we were happy here."
