"We normally stay at hotels just like this… it is comparable to Hiltons home2, and Marriott TownePlace suites. The only difference is, I would rate this at a level similar to a best Western not a Marriott or Hilton in my opinion. Still a nice place to stay. breakfast was not desirable as I don’t eat sticky rice, oatmeal, muffins, or other carb intense foods like bagels. But they do have breakfast so that is a plus. "Our room had a "balcony" or should I say an attempted "balcony". It was only about a foot deep and looked out the the roof air conditioning unit, so essentially it was a view of a dirty roof. The room was over the ballroom, so when one night they had a wedding, we could hear the thumping of the music until after 11PM. Guest Laundry was a badly ventilated suana holding 2 washers, 2 dryers, a sink and small folding table. Dryer by the door didn't dry the clothes after an hour and a half, so we...

"John at the front desk was amazing and very helpful when notified there was no hotel parking and I needed to find a 24-hour parking garage. I ordered room service from the Hart and Huntsman and the fish and chips and oysters Rockefeller was amazing. It was an inconvenience to drop my luggage before having to find parking. 2nd & Union was 3 blocks away from the hotel and costs $32 for overnight parking. "Didn't give comfort a 5 because we had a party of 6 and had to use the pull out bed which there were no extra blankets, pillows or sheets stored in the room for out and when asked management to supply, we were only given sheets and pillows. No blanket. The view of the Space Needle across the street was fantastic from the rooftop terrace and our room. "

"the pictures on your website was different from the real ones. There was supposed to be a complementary breakfast that turned to goody bags at the end. no elevators and we had to carry our bags even through the stairs. happy we were all able to walk and go the stairs. "

"Hotel didn't have a shuttle to the airport/ports...so that was a bummer. Staff was good, one bartender needed to be told he needed an attitude change...and once he was told...he was great! Drinks good, food good. Get the Tater Tots.....breakfast...eh...more to choose from...but it's a long line. They give you a free water bottle & it's fillable...and they give out free pineapple cookies and coffee in the afternoon...good stuff. Their beds clothes are outrageous! They encourage you to sleep...
