"The apartment is actually larger than it looks in the photos, although the configuration is a bit unusual. The bed - super comfy. There is a coffee machine, fridge and microwave. The decor is really cool, with some great looking art. The garden is lovely. The neighborhood couldn't be more convenient - light rail station is 5 min away and the market is really good, as is the local brewery. You can see the snow-capped mountains from the front garden. We enjoyed walking around the nice Phinney Ridge neighborhood and looking at all the craftsman style and brick houses. "First off, when I saw the property listing I was interested. But when I read all the reviews and each one was a 10, I thought impossible. Well here’s my 10 rating. The home was warm and comfortable. Everything we needed (and more) was there. Both bedrooms were clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for us and our two dogs. The neighborhood was a dream. Quiet and walkable with some pretty fantastic shops and restaurants nearby. I could go on, but I would love to keep this gem to myself....

"Great spot to relax and enjoy the lake. This is a nice ground floor rental, with owner on main floor. Provides easy access to ask questions and supply stay needs. There is private access to accommodations. However, If you want maximum privacy look elsewhere. "
