"I stay there at least once a year and it is always super clean and the desk staff is very friendly. The Spa O'Quartz and Zen Evasion Spa are my favourite part of staying there. Massage therapists are always very professional and attentive to your specific needs. Since the renos the Spa really has a nice feel with the multiple pools, sauna and relax area. The hotel is a short walk from the Casino for those who gamble and is also close to nice hiking trails that lead to the St. Lawrence...

The refrigerator was in the changing room, that needs to be at the bedroom instead. 3. A small bit of renovation here and there would be excellent. It also helped that we went at the peak of fall foliage and witnessed miles and miles of fall colors on our way to the inn.
