Our bags we lost by the airline and Mr Ianni pulled out all stops in communicating with the airline to find them and have them returned to us - he even offered to collect them from drop off point in another town. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return there when we next visit...

We arrived at 14.30 and had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive on reception to be told the room was not ready and to go away for an hour. "This is a very nice hotel overall (close to town, beautiful grounds, wonderful staff) but it is located on a busy street with ongoing two-wheeler traffic, and the neighbor's dog who barks in the middle of the night.
