The hotel is over 100 years old so we weren’t expecting modern amenities found in newer properties. That said our room was clean and functional but it is in need of a refresh; rusty shower head that doesn’t allow for adjustment a heater that likely wouldn’t work well on a really cold night. "This bed and breakfast has a great location to downtown shopping and dining. It is also possible to walk to all of Stratford Festival theaters. It is run by a family and they are very gracious and attentive. We did not do the breakfast option they offered, since there are many restaurants within walking distance. They do offer coffee and tea at no cost, which was nice. "
