"Amazing location with a wonderful staff"

"La experiencia en este hotel fue decepcionante. No cumple con lo que promete en su descripción: la habitación no tenía aire acondicionado, minibar ni ducha con tina, solo un ventilador básico y una ducha instantánea con agua apenas tibia. Los interruptores de luz fallaban, no había enchufes al lado de la cama y una lámpara de velador ni siquiera funcionaba. El descanso fue imposible. El hotel organiza fiestas sin aislamiento acústico, y nuestra ventana daba directamente al salón de eventos....

"Se ubica fuera de la ciudad, relativamente cerca a los viñedos, las habitaciones son pequeñas,cuentan cin aire acondicionado y ventilador, poca potencia en el agua en las duchas, aceptables. El problema serio es en el restaurante y la piscina, había muchas moscas, sancudos y demás insectos. En general la limpieza no era muy buena. A mi hijo le encantó la mini granja con cuyes gallinas una cabra y una oveja. "

"It is at the end of a U shaped pathway around the oasis with a great view on the pool side of the dunes. Very close to restaurants and other fun places around like banana bar. At the same time, its quiet despite the music nearby all night. Nice rooms and the make good trip reccomendations. Definitely safe."

"It was a great place to stay the address was a little confused we were looking for Glamping toneles y viñedos but the entrance sign read Sotelo viñedos however the place were nice and clean and included a tour and sample Pisco tasting. In general very friendly people. We are recommended this place."

"Un hotel u hospedaje de retiro familiar se caracteriza por su lealtad a los clientes, la privacidad y/o el trato de los colaboradores a nosotros, es un punto que este hotel no cumple no lo recomiendo a nadie si bien es cierto el gerente Juan es una excelente persona y muy profesional pero sus colaboradores no tienen la mínima idea del trato que deben recibir los huéspedes. "We enjoyed our stay at The Pallar. A continental breakfast was included. They overcharged us for extra coffee but problem was resolved when we questioned the staff about it. We went to Huacachina around noon and they were willing to store our luggage for us until we could come back to retrieve it. Beds are hard but hotel is fairly quiet. Plenty of hot water. Overall, a good experience."

"Gerardo and his family are amazing people. They offer meals at a reasonable price and are very attentative. Gerardo took us around the beautiful property showing us all of the fruit trees and was very generous with me and my girlfriend. "
