"Stayed at a two beds room, which was minimal with a half open bathroom but just enough for a night stay on a way from Nazca to Lima. Inside the gate was like a narrow but deep corridor with many fruits trees and new and modern buildings. We felt safe and secluded from the dusty Ica center."

Instead I was in a good hotel but in a different town called Ica. It was reasonable but had to waste money on transportation and taxi . Everyone told me to not walk at night . "Matryoahka was a convenient and easy place to stay in Ica. The rooms were a decent size, and the bathrooms were new and clean. The staff were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in early after arriving on an overnight bus. It's not super close to the centre, but it is on the way to Huacachina, so for us that was more of a benefit."
