"Near to the subway station Line 2 Samseong station which accessible to most of the tourist spot & shopping area. Cleaning staff also very friendly and tidy. Washer & dryer located at basement, and the dryer is strong enough to dry all the thick winter clothes. But you need to pay for the detergent or bring it yourself and also need to pay by card. They have 3 elevators but still need to wait and queue for the elevator during peak hour especially morning check out time and night dinner time. "

"Booked the hotel as it is right next to the metro and plenty of taxis. Also, it has the Japanese style bidet which was an added comfort. The down side is that if you end up staying on one end of the hotel, u end up walking the entire length of he corridor each time to get to the lift (important info for guests with mobility issues). As for amenities, the hotel doesn’t have any restaurant or cafe lounge. It is our second time staying here though so it is within our expectation."
