"The lane that the parking is on was not SIGNED. so going there was a guess. Making it a bit stressful for someone out of town. Also with the over night parking, it wasnt clearly stated, DO NOT PARK IN RESERVED PARKS OR THE 4 HOUR PARKING, Choose a park that has no sign. Property was close to queen street, staff were polite. Tidy. Not fancy, warm,safe, clean, dry. "

"I booked through wotif, it very easy and when I called the property to make a small change, it was done without fuss. Check in was simple, room was ready. Rooms are small but perfect for us as we were only staying overnight. Bed was comfy and bathroom is great! Has everything you need, very clean, quiet and excellent block out curtains. Would definitely stay there again if needed and highly recommended."

"The staff were very helpful. I was given a free breakfast with my stay although parking was an additional $35. Great location and a nice yet basic room. When doing the recent renovations it would have been good to upgrade the shower. The rest of the room was good. One of the best value options in the city centre. "
