"Well, everything was OK but there are couple things I don't liked, both were at breakfast, one day I found a piece of plastic mixed with the ham and the other day with the same plate of ham I found a long hair wrapped, in 6 days only this details that is easy to fix, beside that, everything was nice."

"I really liked that the property was very close to the metro exit. And in the morning it was close enough to walk to a commercial center. I also liked that there was a microwave on the third floor. The major downside is that the walls are VERY THIN. "

"El hotel en si esta bien pero habiamos reservado una cuadruple familiar y por un error de la recepción tuvimos que dormir separados con los niños, con el trastorno que ello conlleva, no nos dieron soluciones. Y no nos devolvieron la diferencia de precio entre las habitaciones. El buffet del desayuno y el servicio fue excelente."

"This is a self check-in hotel. There is no staff in site. If you book with Hotels.com be sure to directly contact the property prior to the day you check in. Otherwise, the hotel is located in a quiet residential area close to the Metro. I needed just one night at a cheap hotel not far from the airport. This was perfect. "

"This is a very nice hotel lovate in the center of Madrid with wverything ypu need really closed by. The staff was really nice, the rooms were clean and spacious. We didnt use the breakfast buffet, we believed it was pricey, 15 Euros per person, when tou can get a sustainable breakfast for 20 euros for four poeple at any place nearby. Really good experience ."

"Service to the Airport is not free, is 5 Euros per person, not bad, but is not free. Good thing they have lockers, which is very convenient, we left the luggage two days earlier, and went to Paris, and check-in without carrying the big luggages. Clean, breakfast was ok. "
