The pictures on Hotels.com look good but probably taken about 10 years ago when the place was last cleaned . The boys were given another room but it was just as bad so they checked out without staying there at all. "

I would highly recommend this hotel, for location, comfort, cleanliness, decoration, furniture, welcome and superb breakfast, the evening meal looked very appealing and a varied menu but as I’d already eaten did not have the evening meal. "It's great value for the money, having to go to the bathrooms is a drag, especially if you've had a few drinks The bathrooms are clean The building well maintained Think there's 6 parking spaces, first come first served, but as it's a hotel with a restaurant next door, you would be lucky to get one Overnight parking is across the road, if you can work it all out, parking in Norwich is expensive Restaurant is only for Vegetarians Vegans"
