"Spent a lovely Christmas break here with family. We had prompt, thorough and attentive communication from Stef and Nikki both before and during our stay. It’s a good idea to read through the house manual beforehand; this has comprehensive instructions and info. We found the place to be a bit chilly on arrival, but it gradually warmed up once we’d set the Nest controls and started the gas fire. Ditto for the hot water. "We enjoyed our stay - the property was clean and is well looked after. It is a traditional chalet in a private holiday park which has some good amenities - at an extra cost. We appreciated the help from the owner when we needed it and was helpful at answering our queries before our stay. There are a few things that would make our score excellent - clarity of cost of electricity and instructions in the chalet of how to use it would have been helpful.
