"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. You have to pay to park even if youre staying at the hotel which i found odd, but it was $15 a day. Many food and activity options available in the hotel. They werent great at advertising though because i didnt even know there was a ropes course until we got home and i had to call them. The suite was very nice but the bed was a little uncomfortable and sounded like the frame was going to break whenever you rolled around. We were checked in by Tricia and Sheila who were THE BEST. They provided excellent service and helped us plan our activities around the area. "The location was great for getting to all the areas we love in NW michigan and the resort property itself is AMAZING as always - but the condo is dated, should offer more linens for the stay due to the fact that there is no washing/drying machine available. Just didn't get a good "clean at home" kind of feeling - the vent when you enter good use a good wipe down. It's the first thing you see! "
