"A quick 2 night stay before moving on to Surfside Beach. Room was in the busy part of the hallway - lots of children running by early in the morning. A/C unit was loud. Breakfast was very heavy in carbohydrates. Ok for the price if you planned to eat elsewhere."

"The hotel and staff were lovely. However, the valet parking, which you are basically forced to do, is extremely expensive and the valets are rude and incompetent. It was a very negative part of our stay there. The Tremont needs to hire another valet service of get the one they have in much better shape. "

"The house is a welcoming and quiet venue for quiet rest and overnight stays. Room 4 was small and cramped, but the queen sized bed was wedged into the room but was very comfortable. There was no room to walk around it. There was an in room bathroom that was clean and cramped, but it was convenient. We were able to walk to close by restaurants for dinner and breakfast. We then walked to the pier for embarkation for a cruise."
