"Nice hotel with a very reasonable price. The location is 10 minute walk from the train station and diagonally across from the Omicho Market. There are plenty of restaurants around, and the subway station is also right there. The rooms are clean and modern, and decent size in Japanese standards. One suggestion for the hotel is to have a couple spoons in the rooms for making tea and coffee. "

"Loved the late night complimentary noodles. Room was spacious and clean. The onsen was very nice with a shampoo bar and outdoor rooftop bath. Breakfast had many Japanese options and was delicious."

And GREAT generous breakfast, which filled us up with healthy, varied food for the morning, with western, japanese and chinese food options. Also there's a 7/11 right outside the front door for dining in on occasion."

"It was such a pleasure living at this lovely hotel. It is extremely convenient being located so close to the railway station and good shopping area. There are many restaurants serving a good variety of food around the hotel. It is clean, both in the common areas and the room. The breakfast was generous with a good spread of local food. What a treat. We'll definitely return if we are in the neighbourhood. Kuddos to Toyoko Inn."

"The hotel is within walkable range from Kanazawa Station. There's 2 shopping malls in between, one which you could walk through to reach the hotel and avoid some rain and snow. There's free coffee and tea for lodgers, the amenities were great too. If you want to visit most of the tourist spots around Kanazawa Station, it's within 2km vicinity so you could walk around too. Will return to stay at the hotel again if I ever return to Kanazawa again "
