"Loves the helpfulness of the staff during our stay considering our circumstances (2 drunk girls whose trains cancelled last minute and no way home till the next day). Staff helped with the check in, trying to split the bill, giving us a nice room; couldn’t fault the place. "

Great breakfast too and such reasonable pricing. Nice welcome and very helpful staff. Conveniently close to The Robin for our gig. Glad to have found this hotel and will definitely be returning."

"Staff very helpful and friendly at check in. Got to honest wasn’t expecting a lot with it being a hostel but it was great. Rooms could just do with a good clean. But it was warm and comfortable providing a good base for visiting Birmingham. Just do homework on where to park if travelling by car. "

"The staff were lovely, there were several fast food options nearby. Breakfast was ok and had grab bags so you could grab extra bits to go. The hotel is located in a retail park off the motorway so didn’t seem like there was anywhere to walk nearby but the local town was only a 10 minute drive and had a beautiful park, bakeries and old Tudor buildings. "
