"The staff were really really helpful and friendly both at check in and in the restaurant. The room was clean and contained everything you could need, however the bed was like a trampoline. Also at 12.30 in the morning there was terrible banging and thumping for nearly half an hour which woke us up and kept us awake. I think it was from a nearby room where they were thumping on the door. Also some of the other guests were not well mannered. While I appreciate that this is beyond the hotel’s jurisdiction it did detract from the quality of the stay."

"A real gem close to Plymouth and the staff could not have been nicer particularly the ladies on front desk. Enjoyed the swimming pool and had great evening meal in bar area."
