"Overall a very pleasant stay with all needs met. Lovely brekky offered and we appreciated the added touch of ‘halal sausages’ on the breakfast menu. Very inclusive! The only complain I have is that the bed was a let down. Unfortunately it didn’t meet up to our standards and we were uncomfortable most of the night. "

"Cheap and cheerful, the bed was ridiculously soft and the extractor fan in the bathroom didn’t work. Room was initially set up for 1 person (1 towel, glass, milk etc) and reception staff wouldn’t accept this to begin with, however we returned from a night out to find a mountain of towels and a dairy farm’s worth of milk. Good breakfast and cheerful staff. Would stay again. "

"Has the best quality at a reasonable price, probably due to not having a dining area. Staff are normally on the ball if you're checking in late after a very long journey which works well for us. Conveniently located next to M62. Nag's Head next door which has choice of either bar meal or restaurant and is better quality than your usual pub."

"Less than 2 minutes from the motorway, the location is very accessible. Very helpful team, clean and comfortable rooms with a very good breakfast."

"Just awful 😞 a large empty car park except for one car and a smashed glass bar door covered up with a piece of plywood greeted you when you drove in. It spoke volumes really. We checked in which was pleasant enough by a helpful young man, and checked out again 5 minutes later. Not a good sign when the cleaning team were still cleaning the bedrooms at 4.30pm. But the main thing was the overwhelming smell of the corridors and the rooms was enough to make your eyes water and you could still smell...
