"The staff were all friendly and very kind and helpful. I was surprised at how wonderful the breakfast was, and at the variety of food available. Especially considering it is included in the cost of your stay. The room while small was well thought out with a safe, hairdryer, slippers etc. The washroom was small but a good use of space with sink and bathtub sharing a moveable faucet. Very ingenious! Bed was comfortable and room was clean. I also loved that it was completely smoke free, something you don’t always find in Japanese hotels. I would stay here again and try a bigger room. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. "

"very close to keisei rail station. a few restaurants and 2 supermarkets nearby. walking distance to the narita shrine. provides free breakfast and shuttle to/from airport which is a big plus. very good customer service from front desk (ishii san) who is very polite, cordial, and helpful."
