"I had a pleasant check in experience, the front desk staff was friendly as soon as I found someone who spoke English. The whole process was quick. The hotel is right next to the beach with a great ocean view. I loved the modern feel to the rooms and all of the extra small amenities that were included. There were bottles of water in the fridge, power cables to charge phones, coffee and tea. "

"It was two day short trip for golf. Overall condition is okay the ocean view was terrific. A few room condition need to be improved. TV screen was too dark to watch (they offered room change but decided not to.. it was too cumbersome since we all ready to sleep.) and consent outlet is located far from the beds and too few."

"2층 201호 3박 투숙했구요.2차선도로건너면 바로 함덕비치에요.메인해수욕장은 아니지만 길건너면 바로바다로 내려갈수있어서 놀기너무편했어요.저희는 돌사이에 붙어있는 보말잡고 모레놀이하느라 시간이 어떻게갔는지모를정도로 재밌게보내고갑니다.아 그리고 사모님이 친절하셨어요^^ 1층에 횟집때메 시끄럽다는 후기봐서 조금걱정했었는데 3박동안 소음은 못느꼈구요 오히려 1층횟집수족관에있는 여러종류의 물고기구경할수있어서 아이들이좋아했어요.담번에도 바다야펜션 이용할려구요.매번 함덕오면 호텔만이용했는데 정말좋은숙소를 알게됐네요.시설이 고급은 아니지만 위치가 정말끝내주고 창문열면 바로함덕바다가 보이는데 가격도 착하고 온돌+침대라 아이들있는집은 이만한숙소가 없을듯요"

However, a deep cleaning is probably needed every once in a while as the washer/dryer combo unit smelled a bit mildew and I didn't want to ruin my clothes.
