"Located in a kind of rough area but didn't feel unsafe. Definitely not 4 star but it felt clean and well appointed. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful."

"The staff were really friendly and helpful when they let us in and gave us our room key. However; the aircon was not working and the room was very unclean and swarming with bugs. I know the hotel is cheap but I’d rather pay a little bit more and be somewhere clean and with working aircon. Pro to the experience was the nice man who let us in though :) "

"Hotel is located right at the heart of Tunis city centre that makes accessibility to main attractions such as old Madina very easy. I visited in April which is a warm month of the year. Temperature was between 25 c to 31 c. However there was no air conditioning available. When asked, I was told that it could not be turned on until its really hot which I found rather odd.
